I am a pharmacy sales professional with experience in retail management and school leadership, focused on delivering excellent customer care and exceeding sales targets.

In my current role at a hospital pharmacy, I provide empathetic service to customers and healthcare providers, manage stock levels and expiries, and use CRM and POS systems to maintain accurate client records and transactions.

Previously I served as assistant headmistress and as a boutique shop manager, supervising staff, implementing academic and operational policies, and creating visual merchandising that improved product visibility and customer loyalty.
