I’m a Customer Success and Technical Account Management professional with 5+ years of experience driving enterprise onboarding, AI workflow adoption, and customer growth in fast-paced SaaS and marketplace environments. I focus on bridging business and technical teams to deliver scalable operational improvements and measurable customer impact.

At ManoMano, I designed and implemented AI-powered operational workflows using Dust agents to automate support processes, reducing average resolution time by 50% and improving scalability across L2/L3 customer operations.
