I translate customer workflows and needs into implementation tasks and coordinate delivery across customers, consultants, developers, and management.
I support Zoho-based business system implementations by mapping operational requirements to applications, workflows, and configurations. I also prepare project documentation and track risks, blockers, issues, and support tickets through resolution.
Previously, at Private Networks Nigeria Group, I engaged prospective SaaS users, gathered feedback and feature requests, and shared recurring issues with internal teams.
