I’m a results-driven communication professional with experience in customer service, lead generation, and client relationship management. I handle inbound and outbound calls, qualify leads, and resolve customer concerns with a focus on trust and clear communication.

In my current role, I respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person while maintaining accurate customer records and supporting orders and service requests. I follow up on inquiries and complaints, collaborate with my team to improve service delivery, and help meet organizational goals.

Previously at Eazzy Solutions, I handled client calls about tech solutions and generate and qualify leads through cold calling. I also provide product pricing information, make monthly sales reports, and work to convert client inquiries into appointments.

With a Bachelor of Mass Communication; Public Relations from Africa Nazarene University and digital skills training, I bring strong media relations, communication, and virtual support capability to every interaction.
