I’m looking for a role where I can run end-to-end talent acquisition, partner with stakeholders, and use people analytics to make faster, data-driven hiring decisions—ideally in a global, collaborative environment that values continuous improvement.

I’m a people-first HR and Talent Acquisition professional focused on full-cycle recruitment, onboarding support, HR administration, engagement, reporting, and employer branding. I’ve delivered measurable impact—reducing time-to-hire by 28% and supporting the placement of 20+ graduates into entry-level roles—by combining structured sourcing with data-informed decision-making.

In my current work, I help run global participant sourcing and recruitment execution through participant qualification, screening, scheduling, confirmations/reminders, and coordination across distributed teams and time zones. I maintain accurate records across ATS and relevant platforms while ensuring compliance with leadership policies and study guidelines.

Earlier roles strengthened my HR operations foundation through employer-branding campaigns (LinkedIn Recruiter, Glassdoor, Indeed), mentorship and HR audit/job-analysis work (including Patterson Points System), and HRIS integrity. I bring a strong interest in international Talent Acquisition, HR operations, and people analytics, and I’m excited to help organizations attract, assess, and retain top talent across local and global markets.
