What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead energy-sector policy, regulatory reform, and multi-stakeholder programmes that improve investment conditions, strengthen electricity markets, and deliver practical outcomes for Zambia's energy sector.

I manage the Secretariat of the Association of Power Companies, Zambia's leading private-sector electricity association, overseeing governance, strategy, operations, budgets, and service delivery. I increased membership by 100% while strengthening industry representation and organizational sustainability.

I coordinate electricity-sector projects with government ministries, regulators, IPPs, network providers, investors, and development partners. My work has supported Electricity Act and Energy Regulation Act reviews, national energy dialogues, investment-risk analysis, and advocacy that secured transmission and hydropower VAT incentives in Zambia's 2026 National Budget.

Previously, I supported USAID's Business Enabling Project on energy reform and worked in private wealth management. I bring economics, project monitoring and evaluation, policy analysis, stakeholder engagement, and commercial advisory experience to energy-sector development.
