My role includes employee recruitment, budget preparation, and maintaining accurate records to support organizational goals.

In this role, I implemented monitoring and evaluation frameworks for projects funded by SIDA, ensuring effective project tracking and demonstrating impact through regular field visits and adaptive adjustments.

As a Project Officer for the Women Empowered for Leadership program, I organized workshops and implemented communication plans to enhance women's participation in political processes, contributing to the program's success through effective project management.

In this role, I developed training manuals and provided technical support to enhance the capacity of political parties for the 2016 General Elections, ensuring effective training and deployment of party poll agents.

As Brand Manager, I was responsible for developing and executing brand strategies, engaging the organization around the brand vision, and collaborating with marketing communications to ensure consistency in branding efforts.

As Office Manager, I ensured efficient office operations by managing resources, coordinating meetings, and maintaining accurate accounts using QuickBooks, contributing to the overall productivity of the company.
