Previously, I supported the Eastern African Power Pool's regional interconnector portfolio, designing social risk tools and grievance mechanisms aligned with the World Bank ESF. At ZESCO, I operationalised environmental and social management frameworks across transmission, hydropower, and rural electrification projects, including reducing resettlement risk through early transmission-corridor optimisation.
Across more than 20 years, I've translated IFC, EBRD, World Bank, AfDB, and ADB safeguards into practical RAP, LRP, ESIA, and stakeholder outcomes across Sub-Saharan Africa and Central Asia.
