As a Product Owner, I led development teams in delivering and maintaining DIRECTV's customer authentication platform (ForgeRock) for both dotcom and non-dotcom authentication services. I was responsible for defining product requirements, managing the product backlog on JIRA, and collaborating with UI, backend, and ForgeRock developers to align features with delivery timelines.

As a Business Systems Analyst, I supported development teams for downstream applications of the insurance engine, including AL3, Document Management System, and OnBase. I gathered requirements for daily AL3 file generation and maintained AL3 file value mapping documentation to ensure compliance with expected standards.

As a Product Owner/Business Analyst, I implemented a modernized UI for an existing legacy web application used for account data management. I created and managed the product backlog, translating legacy application functionality into requirements for the modernized application, and conducted design walkthroughs for stakeholders.
