At Maspeth Federal Savings, I administer VMware infrastructure and support the bank’s VDI environment, which serves approximately half of the organization’s end users. I also manage VxRail infrastructure and support disaster recovery and backup processes.
I spearheaded the organization’s SharePoint migration, coordinating with an external vendor and internal stakeholders. I also supported the transition to Microsoft 365 and administer Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and Okta.
At New York City College of Technology | CUNY, I built and deployed Windows images to more than 200 workstations and implemented 25 VMware Horizon VDI desktops. I also led and mentored a team of seven IT support staff.
