I’m an experienced reporter with hands-on helpdesk experience, focused on protecting the organization’s interests while supporting its growth. I bring effective communication, good customer service, and strong organizational and co-ordinational skills to every assignment.

In my work as a reporter for the Association of Campus Journalists (UNIBEN, Edo State), I developed my ability to gather and present information clearly. Earlier roles also strengthened my practical support mindset, including helpdesk work with Rewards Investments and Services (Lagos).

Across my roles—from operator work at Vitafoam plc to customer-facing and reporting responsibilities—I’ve learned how to improve operations through consistency and accountability. I’m driven to contribute my skill and experience to better day-to-day processes, using what I’ve learned in Industrial mathematics and beyond.
