What I'm looking for

I’m looking to grow in a learner or customer support role.

At Empire Builders Academy, I respond to student enquiries, support onboarding, and follow up with learners. I also maintain student records and payment documentation to support programme delivery.

I keep students engaged through community groups and WhatsApp Status content, and create promotional flyers that share programme information.

At Kwasu Radio 103.9, I sourced, researched, and edited news stories, delivered live bulletins, and hosted episodes of a weekly Islamic program. I also worked as a News Reporter at Nigeria Television Authority and wrote features for Guardian Life, Nigeria.

As a Factchecking Fellow at B.O News, I researched and verified claims using credible sources and digital verification tools, then published two evidence-based reports. I’m looking to grow in a learner or customer support role.
