I’m looking for a remote-ready role where I can own operations and project coordination, align stakeholders, and turn complex goals into structured workflows—ideally in esports, education, or data-driven products—while continuing to build analytics and team performance systems.

I’m a project coordinator and operations professional with 6+ years of experience managing cross-functional initiatives, multi-stakeholder events, and digital strategy projects in educational and esports environments. I coordinate remote and distributed teams across Latin America, translate complex operational needs into structured workflows, and keep delivery on track.

I founded and directed Liga Hex, a competitive League of Legends tournament series coordinated with official Riot Games LATAM casters, managing end-to-end operations from planning to execution across multiple seasons. I also led logistical and strategic coordination for academic events at Universidad Nacional de Ingeniería (UNI), reaching up to 6,000 attendees with multi-team workflows and real-time problem-solving.

I built and deployed MOBA Analyst v1.0, a cross-platform analytics tool (Python/Flask) integrating Riot Games API and OpenDota API with a custom video reference manager—taking it from concept to production. Alongside that, I’ve coordinated cross-border esports operations in Mexico and Argentina simultaneously, and I’m Tencent Power Up coaching certified (Fall & Spring), currently expanding my regional Portuguese scope.
