At Universidad Católica de Santa María, I coordinate institutional projects and events across seven cities, connecting 28 academic programs, university departments, partner schools, government institutions, and external vendors.

I manage project timelines, procurement documentation, vendor negotiations, service follow-up, budgets, and operational changes to keep institutional events and recruitment initiatives moving. I managed an annual event budget of approximately S/ 300,000 and work with an average of 10 external vendors each month.

For Cato XP, I coordinated logistics, registration tracking, school communications, volunteers, transportation, infrastructure setup, and event schedules for approximately 6,000 attendees.

My experience at Movida Internacional strengthened my cross-cultural communication through work with international teams in three working languages, including interpretation and translation support for approximately 30 U.S.-based groups. I bring a practical, adaptable approach to coordinating people, priorities, and event operations in dynamic environments.
