At Anglo American, I progressed from accounts roles into HR and supported workforces of approximately 500 to 1,500 employees. I managed recruitment and selection and partnered with managers and employees on employee relations matters.

Little Actors Academy I continue to manage remotely, I recruit, interview and onboard branch owners and teachers. The business has grown to nine branches across South Africa, and I doubled enrolment while maintaining long-standing school relationships.

At JODS Hire, I owned and managed a customer-facing business with a team of eight employees. I doubled financial turnover through operational improvements, customer service, modernisation and team development.

Most recently, at ANICRA International, I provided fully remote executive and HR support to the CEO and EXCO team. I managed confidential documentation and coordinated calendars, travel and follow-ups; at EGLO PROJECT MANAGEMENT, I supported HR structures, recruitment and business process improvement.
