What I'm looking for
I’m a results-oriented public service professional specializing in passport services, client relations, and administrative leadership within federal operations. I deliver accurate, policy-compliant decisions by examining, verifying, and adjudicating applications with a strong focus on integrity and service excellence.
I’ve completed the Passport Officer Course and qualification period with distinction, and I’m confident handling complex, high-risk files. I conduct applicant interviews, make entitlement decisions using documentary evidence and risk assessments, and review complex legal documents (such as custody orders and foreign documents) to assess eligibility and prevent fraud.
In addition to front-line service, I’ve supported operational continuity through coordination, monitoring, and error prevention. I liaise with federal and provincial agencies to verify identity and citizenship documentation, and I manage transfer and gratis requests while monitoring and correcting officer errors and system alerts.
