At Luxatia International, I manage conference-event operations while analyzing fact-versus-forecast performance, project profitability, budgets, costs, supplier invoices, and month-end finance data. I’ve automated parts of financial tracking, improved reporting accuracy, and identified non-viable projects before they created operational losses.

Previously at Amazon Czech Republic, I reduced trailers outside the network by approximately 70% through asset-tracking analysis, root-cause investigation, and coordination with carriers and logistics sites. I also optimized trailer distribution across Central Europe and developed an SOP for missing-asset investigation, tracking, and recovery.

At Silk Way West Airlines, I led global ULD planning, stock control, distribution, leasing, and financial processes. As part of operational efficiency initiatives, improved asset management and utilization helped save approximately EUR 1.5 million annually in ULD leasing costs in 2018.

Across international logistics, procurement, and supply chain operations, I bring more than 10 years of experience connecting operational data with financial insights. I work with Advanced Excel, SQL, DBeaver, SAP, and Power BI to support budgeting, cost control, variance analysis, reporting, and strategic decision-making.
