I am a multilingual IT support engineer with hands-on experience providing remote and on-site technical support, troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues, and optimizing system performance. I have led and mentored junior technicians, developed user documentation and training materials, and assisted in research and development to improve control systems and inspection technologies.
