I have taken products from concept to launch, grown teams from early stage to 100+ people, and driven go-to-market strategy across product, engineering, sales, marketing and operations.

I've led organizational design, implemented OKRs and KPIs, optimized processes and automation, and delivered measurable results—reducing onboarding times, increasing partner revenue, and launching new products and ventures including a self-funded DSP/SSP SaaS MVP.
