Finalized Oracle Fusion ERP HR/Project/Finance/CRM implementations under ICT supervision and acted as product owner for complementary member/partner management applications in Agile (Jira, Kanban). Designed data-warehouse reporting requirements and used Oracle Analytics to analyze ERP data quality and define improvement measures.

Managed Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP data-quality initiatives for HR, Project, Finance and CRM modules, supporting a rollout across a multicultural network of 60+ countries. Applied lean process improvement and BPMN/Visio modelling to cut HR salary-grid setup from several weeks to a few days.

Led a Brewery Planning program integrating Infor AP and AS with 15 other applications and delivering 2 new .NET applications deployed to 12 US breweries. Managed multi-country application and infrastructure projects (2,000–12,000h), including Roadnet at Labatt, Kronos–SAP time & attendance for 4 manufacturing sites, SAP-VCM migrations for 5 sites across 4 divisions, and 3 archiving/decommissioning

Supported the Americas project portfolio manager by estimating and prioritizing requests, and coaching teams on CMMI audits and Global Project Management Framework (GPMF) deployment. Managed application enhancement and upgrade work (including Bombardier SMB multi-site and Starsoft upgrades) and contributed to end-to-end delivery of a Java web application for Heimdall.

Provided consulting and application support for Bombardier’s in-house manufacturing system, analyzing and implementing multi-site changes and improving daily schedule performance. Built conversion tools (MVS JCL/Cobol to Unix and JSP programs), managed conversion/migration due diligence, and created a Y2K compliance automated conversion platform using SEM static code analysis.

Maintained the Jobscope application and developed new productivity tools under the application manager’s responsibility. Supported ongoing improvements based on user and operational needs.

Delivered TOP*Windows demos and proposals and coordinated re-engineering work for L’Oreal’s manufacturing system using AMC*Designor and the MERISE methodology. Modelled a reengineered quality system with the MEGA tool and supported implementations including HPCI and PM/3000 for Alcatel Telspace.

Led MRP development and customization around MM/3000, analyzing and building programs for production planning. Helped implement and adapt the MRP for multiple clients (including Federal Mogul, SAFT, CEET and Alcatel) and contributed to in-house planning and sales systems for LCC and PRAT Europa.

Engineer in Agronomics with specialization in Mathematics and Computer Technology. Degree is described as equivalent to a Master of Science (M.Sc.).

Certificate program in Computer Technology applied to Management from TELUQ in Québec, Canada.
