Emerson Hernández Vélez

I’m a customer service professional with hands-on experience supporting clients through telephone and digital channels. I’m organized, creative, agile, respectful, and responsible in everything I’m assigned.

Through SENA, I completed “Technologist in Chemistry Applied” from June 2024 to February 2025, and I’m currently enrolled in the “Pharmaceutical Chemistry” program (expected graduation: December 2027). I bring a careful, problem-solving mindset to every customer interaction.

At TaskUs, I worked as a Call Center Agent handling inquiries about vehicle rentals by guiding users through the entire booking process via digital applications and platform support (December 2019). Later, I attended users through telephone channels, managing questions about financial products, savings accounts, product status, and payment gateways (March 2025–July 2025).

Most recently, I’ve been working as a Call Center Agent at Alorica, managing preventive and corrective debt collection through outbound calls. I negotiate with clients to regularize overdue balances, collaborate with the team, and continuously learn the contracted products.
