What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can deliver empathetic customer support, resolve complaints quickly, and support digital service experiences—using my customer service background and IT support mindset to improve user satisfaction and process quality.

I’m a customer-focused professional with experience in banking support, client relations, and service delivery. I provide frontline support for account inquiries and transactions, resolve complaints efficiently, and educate customers on banking products and digital services to improve user experience.

I’ve also supported customers through remote roles, including managing digital content while maintaining accuracy and quality, and handling customer inquiries and feedback across social media platforms. In each role, I focus on timely responses, conflict-free resolution, strong communication, and accurate record-keeping to maintain high satisfaction.

Before this, I worked as an IT Support Specialist, providing technical support and translating complex solutions into simple, customer-friendly guidance. Currently pursuing an M.Sc. in Public Health, I bring analytical thinking and empathy to every service interaction.
