Emanuele Ragusi

I’m a Management Engineering student at the Polytechnic University of Turin, with a background in biomedical engineering and two Erasmus+ experiences in Germany. I combine analytical thinking with cross-functional collaboration to turn data and process logic into decisions that hold up in real environments.

In my projects, I’ve acted as CFO in a 4-company business strategy simulation, managing financial planning and investment decisions while keeping pricing, capex, and P&L numerically consistent. I also completed in-depth balance sheet and cash flow analysis for a global pharmaceutical context, interpreting profitability, liquidity, and leverage ratios and translating findings into a structured report. On the process side, I designed BPMN and UML models in SAP Signavio to redesign municipal processes for the City of Turin, including cost estimation to identify inefficiencies and propose concrete improvements.

I’ve supported community impact through volunteer work with Plastic Free Onlus and built communication and problem-solving experience as a multilingual museum guide. I’m now seeking an international internship in operations, supply chain, consulting, or project management.
