At Procter & Gamble, I work as a central engineer across six EU manufacturing sites, taking on technical engineering, project management, and risk management for large-scale projects. I’ve served as technical packing engineer on 28 projects and project manager on more than 20 projects.
I managed innovation projects from feasibility through operations, driving savings of up to $5.5 million per year with developmental solutions and automation. I also delivered $650,000 in capital avoidance through operational efficiency, process improvement, and optimization.
Working with OEMs and suppliers, I introduced 36 machines from design and development through testing, installation, and startup. As bottle shrink sleeve technology equipment owner across five manufacturing sites, I improved the equipment reliability KPI by 4%.
