What I'm looking for

I am seeking entry-level roles in HR or business administration at collaborative organizations that value learning, mentorship, and opportunities to develop people-focused skills.

I am a Business Administration and Information Systems undergraduate at Addis Ababa University with strong communication skills, proven academic achievement, and a demonstrated drive to learn and improve. I have earned honor roll recognition in high school, scored 135 on the Duolingo English Test (C1/C2), and have consistently strong grades in core modules including Human Resource Management and Business Communication.

My practical experience includes an HR assistant internship where I developed conflict resolution and people-management skills, volunteer fundraising for an education NGO, and translation work between English and Amharic; I also speak Afaan Oromo fluently. I bring enthusiasm for collaborative work, continuous learning, and contributing to people-focused roles in organizational settings.
