Emaculate Owuor

I am an all-round Social Worker with expertise in Social Work and Community Development. I’m result-driven and self-driven, bringing analytical thinking, innovation, and strong interpersonal skills to every client interaction and team task.

From my attachment at Kisumu County Hospital, I built a foundation in attending clients’ inquiries, record keeping, data collection, and providing counselling services. At Family Health Kisumu, I strengthened my field and program delivery experience through data entry, conducting field works, tracing defaulters, and educating patients.

Alongside social work, I developed customer-facing and administrative capability as a Receptionist at Shaping Force Fitness, handling bookings, member records, payments, inquiries, mail and deliveries, and general administrative support. This strengthened how I manage schedules, maintain organized databases, and keep a professional front-desk standard.

Most recently, as a Loan officer at Premier credit Kenya, I’ve applied structured analysis and client communication to meet loan applicants, assess eligibility, complete loan contracts, and prepare loan proposals. I now want to continue in roles that value compliance, clear documentation, and measurable impact while supporting people through reliable service.
