I've supported clients and communities through social work placements at Kericho Main Prison Dispensary and Kericho Rehabilitation School and Children's Remand Home.
At Kericho Main Prison Dispensary, I helped clients develop coping mechanisms, assessed client and family needs, maintained regular contact, and conducted home visits to connect people with necessary resources.
In my social work internship, I assisted with individualized treatment plans for children, completed intake assessments, documented case notes, and provided crisis intervention support during challenging youth situations.
