At Contecht GmbH, I planned and coordinated national and European research, development, and digitalization projects. I worked with interdisciplinary teams, technical experts, and international project partners to coordinate work packages, resources, deliverables, and milestones.
As operational managing director and project manager, I was responsible for schedule, budget, and resource planning, as well as project controlling and reporting. I coordinated requirements with development teams and external partners, and supported software development, testing, and acceptance.
For the DEGES / Rudolf-Wissell-Brücke Digital Twin, I contributed to process, data, and system concepts for a digital infrastructure platform. I analyzed and coordinated requirements, information flows, and integration possibilities with technical experts and development teams.
Earlier at Contecht GmbH, I worked as a GIS and Software Testing Consultant, analyzing and testing digital GIS, web, and information systems. I also conducted user acceptance tests and analyzed digital data flows; my background includes geoinformatics and geodesy and cartography.
