What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead and coordinate complex projects, improve processes, manage budgets and stakeholders, and contribute in an international, intercultural environment.

I coordinate complex projects at the University of Bayreuth, managing a total budget of around €420,000 and a stakeholder network of more than 200 people.

I improve project environments by replacing outdated methods with lean, agile workflows, introducing change processes, and maintaining quality, reporting, and documentation standards.

Previously, I managed an international DAAD-GIP third-party funded project at the University of Bayreuth, overseeing approximately €370,000 and coordinating 15–20 national and international partners.

At Goethe-Institut Nigeria, I built the German Educational Cooperation department from the ground up and coordinated programmes, budgets, procurement, events, reporting, and partner relationships in international settings.
