I’m an Implementation Associate candidate with nearly nine years inside a fully remote fintech, focused on the operational and configuration layer of banking and lending. I’m motivated by the mission of modernizing how banks onboard and serve their customers, and I bring domain fluency plus the configuration experience your platform rewards.

At Cardinal Financial, my work has centered on Cardinal’s no-code lending platform, Octane, over roles of increasing scope. Day to day, I build and maintain workflows by designing forms, configuring business rules, and setting up integrations to support core lending operations.

I’ve also owned requirements gathering with C-suite executives and led triage work that keeps regulated multi-system processes moving. That mix of stakeholder alignment and operational rigor is the way I help teams turn complex requirements into reliable onboarding and lending workflows.
