What I'm looking for

I'm looking to build practical automation, Power Platform, web, and AI-driven solutions that reduce manual work, connect systems, and improve business operations.

I've built workflow solutions at Oxford County Council using SharePoint, Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, Azure, and Dynamics 365. I developed a database for council correspondence and automated tasks to improve internal processes.

I work directly with stakeholders to gather requirements, conduct interviews, and improve systems through agile development. I use requirements engineering, systems design, use-case diagrams, class diagrams, activity diagrams, and Visual Basic Excel macros to turn business needs into practical solutions.

As a freelance developer and automation consultant, I design responsive web applications and AI-driven workflows. I've created AI automation for data extraction, email handling and response drafting, workflow-triggered actions, and intelligent form processing and summarisation.
