At Reconomy, I designed financial and workflow automation across business departments, including automation for sections of the Sage financial system. My Power Automate solutions reconciled transactions and completed tickets, saving hundreds of man hours a day.
I also created automated email systems to organise messages, schedule follow-ups and prioritise tickets, helping automate compliance and contractual work. I implemented an AI document scanner customised to handle different customer formats; it improved automated document processing by 70%.
At DSL Systems, I created a web-based CMMS that multiple customers bought, opening a new standalone product for the business. I also developed VR products and, through my independent video game business, developed and published PC and VR games that sold more than 25,000 copies worldwide.
