I'm looking to lead talent acquisition strategy and scalable, high-volume recruiting operations, building strong teams and using workforce data, process improvement, and cross-functional partnerships to support business growth.

At Winston Retail, I lead the company’s largest recruiting department, managing 8+ recruiters and sourcers supporting approximately 900 hires annually across a rapidly expanding national network.

I scaled recruiting operations from 20 to 1,000+ locations in three years by building team infrastructure, scalable processes, and market-focused hiring strategies. I streamlined recruiting and onboarding to an approximately two-week turnaround and partnered with Training and Operations to strengthen retention, contributing to an 11% turnover rate.

I support major national clients including Walmart, Amazon, and SKKN by Kim Kardashian, while partnering closely with senior stakeholders on workforce needs, recruiting bottlenecks, and performance improvements.

Before talent acquisition, I led multi-unit retail operations at Extra Space Storage and BCBGMAXAZRIA, where I built globally adopted training and performance-management programs and delivered strong sales and profitability results.
