I’m looking for full-time, part-time, or project-based work in hybrid/remote settings, where I can lead end-to-end FMCG beauty and wellness product development and launches, collaborate cross-functionally, and improve margins, speed-to-market, and product-market fit.

I’m a Product and Brand Manager with 6+ years of cross-functional experience focused on beauty, personal care, household FMCG, and wellness. I lead end-to-end product development and execution—from opportunity identification and concept creation to manufacturing handoff and go-to-market.

In my roles, I perform market, competitor, pricing, and trend research to uncover high-potential categories and “white-space” opportunities. I build product concepts, positioning, naming, formulations, packaging architecture, claims, and key consumer benefits, then translate them into detailed briefs and technical specifications.

I’m known for coordinating R&D, manufacturing, design, procurement, certification, marketing, SEO, sales, and external contractors to launch SKUs successfully. I calculate unit economics, margins, and initial production volumes, structure stakeholder and consumer feedback, and use it to improve formula, packaging, and product-market fit.

My impact includes launching 30+ SKUs at ART&FACT and bringing 24 new SKUs to market within a year at NPK MEDEX, alongside margin and speed improvements (including a 36% higher-margin share and a 21% reduction in time-to-market). I also focus on operational discipline—standardizing documentation and workflows, strengthening customer feedback systems, and improving brand reputation and results.
