What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead science-backed product and innovation projects in beauty, skincare, cosmeceuticals or FMCG, taking concepts from ingredient and trend research through cross-functional development and commercial launch.

At MATROMI, I developed concepts, positioning and technical briefs for 11 cosmeceutical SKUs, redesigned portfolio architecture, and helped implement a Stage-Gate process for new product development. I coordinate product development across R&D, manufacturing, design and leadership, from active ingredients and claims to packaging and launch timelines.

Previously at SPLAT, I took a wool-fabric restoration technology from concept to the commercial launch of a four-SKU fabric conditioner line, authored a peer-reviewed publication, and became a co-inventor on the related patent application. My molecular and cell biology research background informs how I assess ingredients, scientific claims, technologies and consumer-facing innovation across skincare, oral care, hair care and home care.
