At Ontanillas Architecture + Design, I handle day-to-day administrative and office operations to support a smooth workflow within the firm.

I prepare and process employee payroll, monitor attendance and work schedules, and assist architects with administrative and project-related requirements.

I coordinate the processing of blueprints and architectural documents for signing and professional sealing, and facilitate payments to engineers and other project-related personnel.

Previously, I worked as a Secretary at E.L.A.DConstructions and Supply inc and an Online Bookkeeper at Virtual Bookkeeping Services. My bookkeeping work included auditing and reviewing invoices, updating Quickbooks, and reconciling accounts.
