I am a dedicated customer strategy and user experience research expert with a strong background in interior design and sustainability. My passion for the automotive industry drives my commitment to enhancing customer experiences through innovative strategies. Currently, I lead the customer strategy for all Defender programmes at Jaguar Land Rover, where I have successfully developed team processes and managed specialists to improve performance.

Previously, I served as a Luxury Lifestyle Analyst, co-developing the vision and strategy for lifestyle services while delivering customer validation studies. My academic background includes a PhD in Environmental Management, and I have held positions as an Assistant Professor at Coventry University, where I achieved a teaching fellowship and initiated impactful research projects. My experience spans various roles in design quality and customer insights, making me a versatile asset in any organization.
