What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can grow brands through strong account execution, staff training, and reliable merchandising—while using my hospitality leadership background to deliver great service and measurable sales results.

I have several years of experience working in customer service, hospitality, and liquor sales, including bartending, serving, and off-premise sales roles. My background has given me strong communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills, along with experience working in fast-paced environments where organization and attention to detail are important. In liquor sales, I worked with inventory management, merchandising, account relationships, product promotion, and sales support. In hospitality, I gained experience working directly with customers, handling high-pressure situations, training staff, and creating positive customer experiences.

I am currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science and working to transition into the tech industry. Through my coursework, I have been building experience in Java, Python, databases, and software development concepts, including object-oriented programming, JDBC/database connectivity, and application development. I enjoy learning how technology solves real-world problems and am especially interested in software development, technology operations, and systems that combine technical and customer-focused skills.

One of my strengths is being adaptable and willing to learn quickly. Coming from a hospitality and sales background has taught me how to communicate effectively with different types of people, stay calm under pressure, and work as part of a team. I am looking for opportunities where I can continue developing my technical skills while also bringing my customer service and business experience into a new career path.
