I’m a community and behavioral health professional with 5+ years of experience managing large-scale healthcare projects and a network of 250 providers, including oversight of $90 million dollars of state and federal funding annually. I’m skilled in strategic planning, project management, data analysis, and grant writing, with a focus on improving care delivery and optimizing internal operations processes.
In my current role as Network and Compliance Manager, I allocate funds to maximize impact for safety net care, identify network gaps, and ensure operational and contract compliance with internal and external partners. Previously, as a Project Implementation Manager, I secured a $1M federal grant for adolescent substance use disorder care, developed funding model and program requirements, and supported expanded services for historically medically underserved populations. Across my work, I also oversee electronic health record development, permissions, and staff training, and I deliver programs that strengthen equity and cultural competency.
