Medicaid managed care leader driving program modernization and Medicaid–Medicare integration.
What I'm looking for
I am a Medicaid managed care and healthcare policy leader with 6+ years of experience advising state agencies on MCO contracting, Dual Eligible program design, regulatory compliance, and value-based payment models. I have led statewide Medicaid contract strategy, modernized managed care programs, and aligned policy with operational execution across complex stakeholder environments.
At the Colorado Department of Healthcare Policy & Financing, I directed end-to-end contract lifecycle management for MCO and D‑SNP contracts, designed a new quality framework to support value‑based care, and developed the state’s strategic vision for D‑SNP modernization to improve Medicaid–Medicare integration and care coordination. I also lead and mentor a team while coordinating with legal, finance, actuarial, policy, and CMS stakeholders.
Earlier roles include contract development and PERM audit management, coalition strategic planning, grant support, and community health worker leadership focused on population health, compliance, and performance improvement. I bring deep expertise in program design, stakeholder management, and translating policy into measurable operational outcomes.
