What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a communications-and-operations role where I can support executives, coordinate projects and travel, and produce clear, on-brand content that strengthens client relationships. I thrive in organized, fast-moving environments with remote collaboration.

I’m a communications and operations professional with 10+ years of supporting executives, coordinating complex schedules, and delivering polished written communication. I’m known for professionalism, organization, and my ability to manage multiple priorities independently while keeping projects moving.

In executive and onsite roles, I coordinated domestic and international travel logistics, managed rapidly changing calendars, and prepared high-level documents and communications for meetings. At Alliant, I supported a major Fortune 500 client as the primary point of contact, developed employee and client communications, and contributed to technical, branded writing that helped keep stakeholders aligned.

As I advanced to Senior Benefits Analyst, I prepared and delivered in-person benefits presentations to clients nationwide. I traveled regularly to client sites to build relationships and present complex information clearly, turning operational needs into client-ready materials and presentations.

I also bring hands-on content expertise from freelance and communications work, including writing for Darling Magazine and co-founding a grassroots literary magazine. I grew my Kit email newsletter from 0 to 915 recipients in under six months via social media and later to over 2,000 recipients, while optimizing newsletter performance and creating branded content for nearly 10,000 readers.
