I seek a hands-on management role in restoration or construction estimation where I can lead mitigation teams, manage projects end-to-end, and work with insurers in a safety-focused, results-driven environment.

I am a seasoned restoration and residential construction manager with over a decade of hands-on experience in water, fire, and mold mitigation. I oversee daily mitigation operations, manage documentation from start to finish, and coordinate closely with insured clients and insurance companies.

My background includes production and mitigation management roles where I led teams, prepared scopes of work, and interacted with platforms such as Xactimate, Symbility, Mica, Moisture Mapper, and Contractor Connection. I hold multiple IICRC certifications including Water Mitigation and Mold Inspector.

I bring strong estimating and project-management skills, having managed multiple simultaneous construction estimation projects and estimated restoration and renovation budgets. My technical toolkit includes CRM systems, Microsoft Office, Dry-book, PSA, and Encircle.
