I've led large-scale property restoration projects across the Denver area for more than nine years, covering water, fire, smoke, mold, and storm damage.

At Hustle Hard Estimating, I perform on-site damage assessments, build detailed restoration and reconstruction estimates, and present clear scopes and costs to clients. I work with subcontractors and vendors to secure competitive pricing and keep estimates accurate and complete.

Previously, I established Bear Restoration Services' brand launch and initial clientele while estimating water, fire, mold, demolition, bio, and rebuild work. I've also managed residential and large-loss projects at Rainbow International, Paul Davis, and Servpro through insurer vendor programs.

I use Xactimate, Symbility, CoreLogic, MICA, RMS, and Drybook to support claims and project delivery. I'm focused on restoring properties to their pre-loss condition while coordinating crews, maintaining safety and compliance, and exceeding customer expectations.
