I’m looking for a customer-centered role where I can use my diagnostics, technical support, and CRM-driven workflow skills to resolve issues quickly, support teams in fast-paced environments, and consistently deliver top-grade service.

I’m a Customer Support Specialist and Service Advisor with a strong track record in client-facing roles in fast-paced environments, where I build rapport quickly and keep workflows moving under pressure. I’m solutions-focused, highly organized, and dependable across in-person, chat, and phone support while maintaining a strong customer-first standard.

At Tesla, I work as a Service Advisor handling Remote Vehicle Diagnostics, estimate preparation, vehicle intake, and scheduling, while coordinating through customer-technician communication and invoice document processing. I manage workflow end-to-end, support technical requests, and keep data accurate through CRM maintenance, data entry, and vehicle-related document prep, including part sales and delivery preparation activities.

I also invested in technical development through Tesla internship pathways, including Tesla START Program training and certification in HV Battery, Chassis, Suspension, Infotainment, and Driver Assistance diagnostics, plus Introduction to Tesla Vehicle Service Training. Before Tesla, I developed operational and customer service leadership skills as an Assistant Manager and Shift Lead, covering inventory management, OSHA compliance, store operations, and CRM-driven customer relationship management, as well as call-team roles focused on interviewing C-suite executives and booking key meetings.
