What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead marketing strategy, operations, and cross-functional teams where I can grow brands, strengthen client relationships, and deliver measurable campaign and business results.

I lead marketing operations at Sync Studios, shaping agency and client marketing strategies while managing a multidisciplinary team of 12 across creative, social, content, animation, and paid advertising.

I onboard new clients, manage 25+ active accounts, present tailored proposals, and act as the final quality gatekeeper for creative and marketing deliverables. I also build SOPs, KPIs, and performance frameworks that support consistent delivery.

Across Management Centre Europe, Mink, and hospitality brands including Printania Revival and Irada Management, I’ve led EMEA campaigns, budgets, resource planning, account growth, loyalty programs, and integrated promotional activity.

I bring 15+ years of B2B and B2C marketing experience across EMEA, combining brand strategy, digital marketing, PR, stakeholder management, and team leadership to drive measurable business growth.
