I’m an experienced maritime professional with a proven track record across diverse vessel classes and operational environments. I bring demonstrated leadership—managing teams, ensuring safety, and maintaining operational excellence—supported by a Life & Health (L&H) license and hands-on experience applying it beyond the maritime industry.

As a Relief Captain, I safely operate vessels and manage a crew of four deckhands while overseeing day-to-day operations including docking, navigation, radio traffic, and safety drills. Before that, as a Mate, I ensured passenger safety, vessel maintenance, and exceptional customer service, progressing through roles toward a USCG Captain’s License holder.

Alongside maritime work, I’ve built customer-centric experience in regulated, sales-driven environments—providing personalized banking solutions at PNC Bank, handling complex transactions accurately, and adhering to regulatory requirements including KYC and anti-money-laundering policies. I also completed Life Insurance Agent internships at State Farm and Northwestern Mutual, where I developed client relationships, sold life insurance products, managed customer accounts via ECRM, and supported office operations.
