At Kubrick Group Ltd, I lead global real estate and facilities strategy and managed £3.2m OPEX and £800k CAPEX budgets. I directed the consolidation of five UK sites into one HQ, overseeing a £2.2m fit-out and achieving £850k in savings through lease renegotiations and efficient execution.
