I am a junior graphic designer with over 9 years of experience in the customer service and hospitality industries. I have an Associate's Certificate in Graphic Design from the British Columbia Institute of Technology, and I have completed 60 credits toward a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Simon Fraser University. I have intermediate skills in the Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, Acrobat, and Lightroom. During my internship at Digitech Printing, I executed design projects based on customer requirements, including redesigning company logos and facilitating the production of over 10,000 business cards. I also maintained over 4000 accounts and ensured regular updates to accurately align profile information with customer requirements.

In my role at West Coast Reduction Ltd., my day-to-day work tasks involve handling inbound and outbound customer inquiries over the phone, maintaining and regularly updating over 4000 accounts, resolving customer complaints with efficiency and professionalism, and utilizing CRM tools to enhance customer interactions and streamline communication.
