As an OVC Service Delivery Coordinator, I have been in charge of overseeing program delivery in Siaya County through a Case Management Approach and leading the Project team to successful service delivery to OVC and utilization of donor funds to purposefully perform the expected deliverables.

As a Case Manager and Documentation Officer for the USAID4TheChild Project, I coordinate case management services, engage with child protection stakeholders, and oversee documentation and reporting standards. I also manage follow-ups for children living with HIV to prevent seroconversion.

In charge of the USAID Nuru Ya Mtoto Project, I coordinated case management services, mapped child protection stakeholders, and ensured effective documentation and reporting. I also supported community health volunteers in following up on children and adolescents living with HIV.

As an OVC Case Manager, I coordinated case management services, engaged with child protection stakeholders, and ensured documentation and reporting standards were met. I also led initiatives to improve health outcomes for children living with HIV.

Managed OVC data for the MWENDO Project, ensuring accurate data entry, cleaning, and filing in accordance with organizational standards. I also supported monitoring and evaluation activities.

Converted audio files to text in English, Swahili, and Luo, while also performing data mining and entry tasks. I consistently met daily transcription targets.

Conducted interviews and managed data collection for the Afro Barometer research on governance and democracy. I also performed data cleaning and analysis.

Completed professional training in Global Health Monitoring and Evaluation and Mental Health, enhancing skills in health program assessment and mental health support.

Completed a Bachelor of Arts degree with a focus on Sociology and Economics, gaining a comprehensive understanding of social structures and economic principles.

Attained the Kenya Certificate of Secondary Education, laying a strong foundation for further education and professional development.

Achieved the Kenya Certificate of Primary Education, marking the completion of primary education and readiness for secondary schooling.
