What I'm looking for

I seek a role that allows me to advocate for social justice and community empowerment, with opportunities for professional growth and collaboration.

I am a passionate social justice advocate with over a year of experience in social work, dedicated to raising awareness about the oppressive assumptions and biases that perpetuate inequalities and injustices. My goal is to create a society that respects the rights of every individual, regardless of their gender, race, tribe, sexual orientation, or social class.

Throughout my career, I have gained expertise in project implementation across various domains, including Gender & Youth, Social and Community Development, WASH, and HIV/AIDS programs. I have honed my skills in lobbying, advocacy, and stakeholder engagement, allowing me to effectively design and deliver interactive training programs and workshops. My experience in conducting research studies and evaluations has equipped me with the ability to analyze both qualitative and quantitative data, ensuring impactful results and recommendations.

I thrive in multi-cultural team environments, leveraging my strong communication and interpersonal skills to foster collaboration and achieve common goals. I am committed to making a difference in the community and am eager to continue my journey in social work and community development.
